For the last four years, children, families and neighborhood organizers have rallied together throughout the City of Rochester to raise awareness for safe and accessible play spaces for every child, in every neighborhood. Our citywide coordinated play day PlayROCs Your Neighborhood has brought together over 55 neighborhood partners: local churches, libraries, block clubs, neighborhood groups who have all worked together to repurpose, reclaim and bring back play to their public spaces.

The 2019 PlayROCs Your Neighborhood on July 13 was our biggest yet! Thank you to all who partnered with neighborhoods to advocate for change.

Want to host a free play day? We are currently recruiting sites for 2020 PlayROCs Your Neighborhood which will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2020. Past sites include parks, vacant lots, parking lots, and fields in your neighborhoods!

Reserve your spot today!
