At Healthi Kids, we know that play is important throughout the year! Kids that play every day are more likely to grow up to to be strong, healthy, active, smart and engaged adults who are better equipped to deal with life challenges. We've heard from kids, parents, teachers and community members that sometimes, the winter months can be tough. Proper winter gear, safe places to play, the weather and more all stop kids from getting outside and moving.
